The cottage is a pine / cedar loft style
bungalow, with one full downstairs double bedroom, a double
size hide-a-bed in living room and a BYOBed in the the loft.
4 adults or 2 adults and 4 children can sleep in comfort.
The cottage has full kitchen facilities with
fridge / freezer, 4 burner stove, microwave, toaster, coffee
maker, kettle, etc. There is also a BBQ in the garage that
can be brought outside to be used year-round.
The bathroom is a 4 piece with bath /
shower, toilet & sink. The living room / dining / kitchen
is open plan, and can seat 6 adults. The cottage has a new washer/dryer facility.
Entertainment not only includes the great outdoors, but also a iPod dock/CD/Radio and 20" colour TV/DVD player.

cancellation fee in the event a
cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the booking start

The cottage sits on 4.5 acres, which is a mix
of lawn and mostly mixed woods. The property benefits from
a private 600' beach, which can be used to swim (the Bras d'Or Lake
is very warm during June to September), boating (good put in for
canoes, or small boats) or fishing (a variety of trout, Atlantic
salmon, mackerel and many other species can be caught here). There are a
number of walks, both around the cottage, and around St.
Peter's, and are municipally maintained.
There is a large, empty garage on the
property which can be used to house snowmobiles, jet skis,
motorbikes, etc.
